Reproduction: As a Mediborg on several rounds now I've noticed that sometimes when doing surgery or even doing things like using a health analyzer on someone. Sometimes it will just stop working. You won't be able to do the next stage in the surgery and you won't be able to use a health analyzer on them, defib, nothing. All you can do is drag them around. This is very frustrating obviously as a mediborg where my entire job is to heal people.

I wasn't able to replicate this.
I'll leave it open since it apparently only happens sometimes but i can't for the life of me find out why or when

I have had this happen to me in a round I just played. Did it when I was changing chems in the Cyborg Hypospray and when I was using Advanced Surgery: Tend Wounds Max.

Yup, I've had this bug too, usually doing surgery, and sometimes you cannot apply chems to a guy lying down.
