Yew: Help triage open issues by suggesting missing labels

Labels help a contributor understand how they could help whether that's taking ownership of a feature, fixing a bug, writing more docs, or discussing a proposal.

How to proceed:

1) Familiarize yourself with the list of labels.
2) Read through open issues.
3) For each issue, taking note of its existing labels, add a comment with any missing label(s).
4) A maintainer will add the suggested labels to the issues where appropriate.
