I have problem with creating duplicate tickets. Whatever mailbox i'll launch it's maing more tickets them one.. I mine out many config files but i cannot find where is problem. I did not see any aliases. I launched gmail, o2 and wp mailbox with assigned different configuration of folders.
Yetiforce 5.0.0 Complete
on Ubuntu 16.04
Settings: Create ticket and Create mail.
General settings: open existing and change status for wait for respond
Where can be a problem? I have no idea why it create 2 tickets..
Problem is solved.
The problem was unaproperly syntax in your_path_to_Yeti/cron/cron.sh in documentation we can finde the Unix symbol at the end of line (LF) shout be without (), it's lesson for me to check first how's should be written :)
