Yetiforcecrm: My yetiforce don't have any bottom to add relation [En]

Issue

The bottom "add relation", doesn't exist in my yetiforce

Actual Behavior

On the page= Software configuration > Standard modules > Modules – Relations > System settings
Doesn't exist the bottom " add relation"

Expected Behavior

I want to enable these botom (Add relation)

How to trigger the error

• Environment name and version: PHP7.0.18-0
• Operating System and version: ubuntu0.17.04.1

I got it !!! Finally i got enable the bottom "Add relation" !!! Even that nobody answered me, that stay here my contribute!!

Go to a file >>>> rootdir > config > developer.php

And edit to
....
'CHANGE_RELATIONS' => true,
...
