when i click my mailbox. i got this error. how to fix this?

Are you on shared hosting? Are "options" allowed at server?
I had same massage. When I looked at log file, it said "options not allowed" for roundcube.

hi sorry for late answer.
My problem was same (500 int.serv.error), a couple of moths ago. I dont remeber where file is located.
I know that is .htaccess file is a part of roundcube. In that file is "options" that is probablly not alowed on you server. Comment it.

as @bpabiszczak said, In your cPanel, find "Error" department (button) and you will see what is the problem, and where file is located.
My problem was .htaccess file of Roundcube - had "options" that is commonlly not alowed on shared hosting. Maybe your problem will be different.

try to edit this file on line 37.
modules/OSSMail/roundcube/plugins/yetiforce/yetiforce.php

//$composeAddressModules[$moduleName] = \includes\Language::translate($moduleName, $moduleName);

commenting this line roundcube works for me. it would appear yetiforce plugin attempts to load a language file from an non-existing directory "\includes\".
