Yarp: Migrate continuous integration to GitHub actions

Unfortunately travis has not been running since the update on their policies for open pricing and open source projects.
We spent more than the double of the credits that they give for open source projects in less than one day.
I tried to contact travis support, but I did not receive a positive feedback.

At this point, I think it is necessary to migrate the continuous integration to github actions as soon as possible.
