Yarp: Drop support for Python 2

Python 2 reached its end of life. We should remove the support, or, at least, make Python 3 the new default

I was planning to do this for YARP 3.4, and it should be a trivial change, but we are really close to the release, do you think we should postpone this to the next release? @robotology/yarp-developers
