xrdp didn't work on fedora 27, ubuntu Mate 17.10, Ubuntu 16.04.3

Hi, I get a black screen for all these distos, following a message after a few minutes from the X11 connection log:

xrdp works with adduser _newuser_ after sign up with _newuser_ it launches the fedora gnome desktop

it might that not work with the previously created user during the ubuntu or fedora setup, deleting the user and recreating with same name obviously it works.
