Xaringan: wiki TOC organization

Currently, the wiki mainly focuses on how to customize slides with CSS, But now it covers more than that, So I think It'll be great to reorganize the TOC. Is that OK?

Yeah, the TOC is much clearer now. I also absolutely love the GIFs in the theme showcase! That is such a great idea! Thanks!
