Steps to Reproduce
- Create template app.
- Launch XAML iOS Previewer on Visual Studio Windows from any XAML page.

This issue is related to https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.Forms/pull/9760
Xamarin.Forms package version 4.5.0.396 doesn't include reference to Xamarin.Forms.Platform.iOS.dll. The .dll file is not uploaded to the iOS renderer. That, in turn, causes FileNotFoundException

This is still not working in 4.6.0.726. This makes the preview renderer unusable for iOS. Is no one using the preview renderer?

@jonhegg This is being fixed in an update to Visual Studio rather than an update to Xamarin.Forms. Thanks for your patience!

Fixed in version 8.7.0.918 (master)
The fix will be included in 8.7 Preview 3.
