Wpscan: [Solved] Run `bundle install` to install missing gems.

when I give the command to wpscan
ruby wpscan.rb

there is a problem
Could not find gem 'rspec (>= 0) ruby' in the gems available on this machine.
Run 'bundle install' to install missing gems.

is there anything that can help me?

It is not a nice solution but this command works for me:

sudo bundle install --without nothing

I installed manually, the problem is solved.
gem install webmock
gem install simplecov

but the problem is still not resolved. https://github.com/wpscanteam/wpscan/issues/429

pkg install ruby
