Wp-calypso: Blog Posts Block not showing "Duplicate" option

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new post
  2. Insert a "Blog Posts" block
  3. Head to the three dot menu on the block to duplicate it

What I expected

I expected to find a "Duplicate Block" option.

What happened instead

There was none

Browser / OS version

MacOS 10.13.6 (17G2307)

My understanding was that there is a limitation, by design, and only one Blog Posts Block can be added to a Page. The _why_ is explained here p7DVsv-7Rw-p2#comment-26056 but it's good to see this limitation lifted eventually.
