Wp-calypso: Add New Site button moves depending on whether you have multiple sites or not.

If you don't have more than one site, "Add New Site" appears in the sidebar, stuck to the bottom.

If you have multiple sites, the "Add New Site" button moves under Switch Sites. This seems confusing; would I be looking for this button under Switch Sites? Is there a more intuitive place for this setting? Do enough users add multiple sites that it needs to be so visible?

I'm not sure the fact that the button moves after you setup a second site is actually a problem.

But the prominence of it is a little much. Maybe we just remove the "stickiness" and have it as the last item in the sidebar.

I think this one requires a bit more design exploration. It seems to me that the 'Add New Site' button is there because we couldn't find a better place for it. This would be more obvious if we had a 'Sites' management page or something along those lines. I feel like moving somewhere else just for the sake of moving it would not really solve anything.
