Wp-calypso: Suggestions: don't use accent color for highlighting

Steps to reproduce

  1. Starting at URL: https://wpcalypso.wordpress.com/devdocs/design/suggestions
  2. Type in _B_

What I expected

The suggestion dropdown should not use _accent_ colors for highlighting but _primary_ which is used for other dropdown components as well.

What happened instead

The suggestion dropdown uses _accent_ color for highlighting.

I would expect a neutral-0/50 here, not an accent or primary.
