Wp-calypso: Jetpack: Build a more elaborate user selector for plan/site ownership transfer

Currently, we use a pretty simple dropdown for selecting the user when changing the plan or site ownership:

It would be a nice enhancement to have a more detailed user selector, similar to the site selector, but containing avatar, username and display name. This would help prevent confusions when there are multiple users with the same name.

A rough sketch by @joanrho looked like this:
