Wp-calypso: Make image order in the gallery drag/droppable

The user should be able to adjust the order of images displayed in the gallery by drag/dropping. That includes the large 'featured' image which is the one customers see first when visiting the product page.

Found this issue while looking for one about utilizing the media manager for product images. Are we tracking that somewhere or have we punted that idea?

We aren't doing it this quarter, but it should be something we should consider implementing next quarter.

Oops, I think perhaps WordPress/gutenberg#743 is where I should have posted it. But as it's on the roadmap, I won't do anything further for now. Thanks!
