I expected my many posts matching "inclusion" to show.
"No posts match your search for inclusion."
Latest macOS and Chrome
I have many blogs and use an Alfred app workflow ( https://wordpress.com/posts/my?s={query} ) to globally search all my posts.
Two others confirmed that they experience the same problem.
This really gets in the way of using my many and various blogs as a searchable knowledge base.

There is now a less relevant error message shown in this scenario:

I just checked this issue again — this is a quite major one in my view.
Calypso is born to be multi-site from day zero, and it degrades greatly the experience every time we fail to have functionality on the All Sites view.
Tested and confirmed with Chrome 63.0.3239.132 on macOS 10.13.2 that searching for posts at My Sites > Switch Site > All My Sites returns no results even though there are results when doing the same searches from individual blogs. This problem happens for me for both the "My" and "Everyone" toggle.

This message is displayed for an All Sites search even though it's not true!
You haven't created any content yet.
Nitpick/aside: when you switch between sites, or from an individual site to All Sites, the search term is sticky in the header but the results get reset—which is a little disorienting.

Until backend issues are resolved, the plan will be to disable the ability to search when in All My Sites mode. It is expected that @Automattic/tanooki will disable this in the next week or so, after current tasks wrap up.

Still an issue.
As of #22685, searching posts in all-sites mode is disabled.
This issue should probably stay open since it still doesn't work, but at the very least, this is no longer high priority.
I had a report in which customer is trying to search for 20200214
returns a post which has 20200214–1542
in its title, but adding -
at the end of the search term like this 20200214-
doesn't return anything.
