Eye fatigue when i focus on website for a long time ，though with dark mode

Website Reading setting:
- Daytime mode,
- Night mode,
- Sunset mode,
- Auto mode

Academic already has day, night, and automatic day/night mode (default). Sunset mode can be controlled by OS.
The one thing we could perhaps improve is adding an explicit button for auto mode. The default mode is auto, but if user chooses a specific day or night mode, it will override auto mode with no easy way to revert to auto mode without clearing browser data for the site.
