Any thoughts about updating the theme to Bootstrap 4 ?

If someone migrates Academic from Bootstrap v3 to v4 and submits a PR, I'll attempt to review it. The migration is non-trivial and will affect class references in the HTML code, as well as migrating Academic's outline buttons to use the new in-built ones etc.

what I was writing was:

I humbly think it better to make a branch for bootstrap4
than when it bootstrap3 become expire or boostrap4 is bulletproof ready for migration merge it with the master branch

Hi,
I have started updating the theme to Bootstrap 4. The link to the repo is here. I have changed the navbar, grid system and buttons according to bootstrap 4. I need feedback on the current changes that I have made.
