Worldcubeassociation.org: View Competitions By Delegate Clears Randomly

On the competition page: https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions?utf8=%E2%9C%93&region=all&search=&year=all+years&state=past&from_date=&to_date=&delegate=5569&display=admin

you can search for a different delegate (which changes the url), however if you go to a different application on your computer and return to the page, the competitions will be all competitions instead of just the delegates:

As well, the URL has updated to no include the delegate's id: https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions?utf8=%E2%9C%93&region=all&search=&year=all+years&state=past&from_date=&to_date=&delegate=&display=admin

Hmm... I am not able to reproduce this issue. @Jambrose777 does this reliably happen to you? If so, could you put together a more detailed list of steps to reproduce it? It's a bit unclear to me what exactly you did when you say "you can search for a different delegate".

I could reproduce this:

1. Click on the link Jacob gave: https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions?utf8=%E2%9C%93&region=all&search=&year=all+years&state=past&from_date=&to_date=&delegate=5569&display=admin
2. Pick a different Delegate from the dropdown
3. Move to another window
4. Go back to the browser
5. See the full list of competitions, the dropdown uncollapsed, and the Delegate id cleared

Aha! It did just happen to me. I had to wait some time after step 4 for it to happen.
