Wordpress-ios: Domain Registration: Contact information fields sometimes can't be selected/filled

Expected behavior

When I am redeeming a domain credit, I should be able to fill out all the required fields in the contact information form to register my domain.

Actual behavior

When I try to tap on some of the fields in the contact information form, they don't respond to my taps. There's no other way to move the cursor to those fields, so I can't finish filling out the form.

The behavior isn't entirely consistent, in terms of which fields have trouble. I noticed issues with the Country, Phone Number, Address line 1, and Postal Code, but they weren't always all impossible to select.

I also noticed that the "Register domain" button was tappable even when I hadn't filled out all the required fields, which caused validation errors (e.g. "Please enter a valid phone number" or "Please enter a valid address").

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to My Sites and select a site with a domain credit.
2. Select "Register Domain."
3. Search for a domain and select one.
4. Try to tap into each field in the contact information form and enter your information.

Tested on [iPhone XS], iOS [12.3.1], WPiOS [12.7.0.20190624]

Argh, I thought it would get closed automagically when #12025 gets merged, but apparently not.

Issues are automatically closed when a PR is merged into the default (develop) branch, but not when it's merged into other branches e.g. release branches.
