As mentioned here, I think we can use white instead of blue to highlight the actions within snackbars.

@diegoreymendez I think that @SylvesterWilmott meant to turn all of the Quick Start highlights to white. I created a PR: https://github.com/wordpress-mobile/WordPress-iOS/pull/11857
