Woocommerce: Showing the wrong prices on my shop

EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE

My shop is showing the prices without taxes. But at the settings i have chosen "show prices including taxes" The problem lays not in my settings. I have checked everything 100 times. The settings are good. At first my shop was showing the right prices (with taxes). But all the sudden it was showing the prices without taxes, while i had nothing changed at the settings. I think this happened after the Woocommerce update. Another weird thing is when log in to my website (so than i am at the backoffice) and then give a look at my site it shows the right prices again (with taxes). And when i log out the wrong prices are showed again. So the problem is that my site shows the prices without taxes while i set the settings on showing the prices with taxes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

The tax settings i have set at Woocommerce:

• Activate taxes and tax calculations (checked)
• Yes, I want to import prices including taxes (checked)
• Show the prices at the store including taxes (checked)

Taxes are shown based on the customer. If you want it to show taxes (for your base country), either base them on the base country instead of customer shipping address, or set the default customer location setting to the shop address rather than using geolocation.
