Woocommerce-admin: [4.0 beta1] Stripe keys format not checked in tasks list

Describe the bug

The Stripe keys format isn't checked in the tasks list

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable tasks list
2. Go to WC dashboard
3. Hit "Set up payments"
4. Enable Stripe
5. Enter invalid Stripe keys and proceed

Expected behavior

I'm sure that keys format should be checked to avoid any human error when copy pasting them.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• [ ] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• [ ] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• [ ] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

Thank you for reporting the issue. WooCommerce Admin is being developed in another repository: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin.

I am going to move your bug report there so that the right team could take a look further.
