Winit: The api token for crates.io should be updated.

It seems like publish jobs are failing due to update in API token https://github.com/rust-windowing/glutin/runs/951793436.

@Osspial since you're the only one who is around and with rights to update such things, can you do that, so we can update some glutin_* crates?

I'd love to, but I only have Member permissions, so I can't actually get into the Settings tab to change it. I'll attempt to use my charisma to resolve this.

@Osspial could you pretty please with a cherry on top make me an Owner? I'll buy you sushi if you ever come to Portland! I'm basically stuck here permanently as part of my job, so it'd be a big boon for rust-windowing's bus factor.
