Windowstemplatestudio: Inconsistent pluralization of folders and namespaces

The default folder structure is inconsistent with the use of pluralization.
Applies to associated namespaces too.

Specifically:

  • Model should become Models
  • View should become Views
  • ViewModel should become ViewModels

Not only will these changes bring consistency but they will reflect every project I've seen in the real world.

The 'Helper' folder appears to have been missed when this was done. It should be 'Helpers'.

agreed. @ralarcon this is a bit too scary of a change for I feel for me to do right now. Can your wonderful team handle this tweak
