Windowscommunitytoolkit: Hamburger Selection Styling

The selection in the default template of the HamburgerControl does not look like canonical Windows 10 apps (Money, News, etc.). I propose we update the hamburger control so that its default selection template looks more like the Windows 10 Money / News apps.

Only concern (so sorry to be so picky) is backward compat

That's an important change. What about providing a style (not by default though)

Can style it but methinks we should make it default to encourage standardization of developers using the toolkit.
