Windowscommunitytoolkit: BladeView - Window resizing and Mobile

I just saw BladeView and it is awesome.

Back a few months i had to create on my own and i would like to suggest a feature to this control right now.
This features comes from a basic usage: Mobile. When it comes to a mobile device blades could be better, at least as be option.

The window rezing and mobile can remove scrolling option and make it-self stretch, to keep view full-size in mobile or in a less-resizing.

Makes sense?

I agree at certain width or on mobiles, the Blades can and should become full size or atleast take all available space though it depends a lot of the rest of the XAML layout.

Yes, I checked the code. It's basically a change to do on the XAML template.
I'll make a PR to show you how I handle it.
