時間 does not seem to appear on this page except for in the title of this issue ticket and in some hidden text (maybe in the metadata? - I don't know) and now also in this comment sentence.

Total: 3 occurrences, none of them in the openly visible page article.

edit: Mildly funny observation: For someone like me, who cannot read kanji, the new title content ( 時刻 ) looks almost like a mildly intimidating graphic, at least compared to the previous one -- see image in the first issue ticket post (https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/windows-itpro-docs/issues/3982#issue-454459381) for comparison.
