Do the rules apply to every Windows 10 version/edition or are there some minimum requirements for some?

In my testing, at least some at these will work all the way down to Windows 10 Home if (a) you have Windows Defender operating as your "primary" AV, and (b) you use Powershell to enable them. (How many work, and do they work with the same effectiveness? I'm just starting to explore myself. But at least some work.)
I say all that because, as of this date, elsewhere the documentation (still) erroneously says that Enterprise E5 is necessary. It isn't, as iadgovuser1 explains.

ASR rules are supported on E3 and E5. While they might work on other editions, they are not supported. Thank you!
