Windows-build-tools: Python Installation Takes Over

I'm unable to continue the installation, the installer gets stuck on the Python installation part. The current log I see is this:

• It took some time but it eventually finished by itself with no errors, sorry for the harassment!

It took 45 minutes here. No indication that it is still processing the whole time. Be patient.
