Wgpu-rs: Relicense Examples to More Permissive License

Because the examples are MPL, they carry with them a requirement that any copies of them also be MPL. This is obviously not desired as we want the examples to be copyable.

Steps to accomplish this:

• [x] Determine license (MIT/Apache)
• [x] Enumerate all contributors with code in examples using git blame
• [x] Ask for permission from them.
• [ ] Relicense

Hello! If you are receiving this message, it is because you contributed to the wgpu-rs examples. We would like to relicense the examples from MPL-2.0 to a dual licensed MIT/Apache-2.0, the standard for projects in the rust community.

While we are only relicensing the examples right now, we ask that you give permission for all of your contributions to wgpu be relicensed so we do not have to bother you if we decide to relicense another part of wgpu.

To agree to the relicensing, please drop this in the comments:
