Proposed Solution:
At 39 line:
- **모든 사람** 은 쿠버네티스 문서에 기여할 수 있다. 기여시 [CLA에 서명](/docs/contribute/new-content/overview/#sign-the-cla)하고 GitHub 계정을 가지고 있어야 한다.

At 65 line:
[CLA에 서명](/docs/contribute/new-content/overview/#sign-the-cla) 후에 누구나 다음을 할 수 있다.
