Webogram: Mobile/desktop version automatic switcher

I use Vivaldi Browser and it has such function as Web Panels:

When I open Telegram Web in usual tab, I see a desktop version if I haven't changed this before. When I open Telegram Web in Web Panel, I see a desktop version with a suggestion to switch to mobile version. And if I switch, the next time I open Telegram in usual tab (where the desktop version should be by default), the mobile version opens and I see that switch suggestion again.

Please, make it adaptive. Why should I constantly do unneeded actions to enable proper version when the adaptive layout does exist in the world? Use media queries, for god's sake! Or make it switch automatically with an option to block auto switcher for users who dislike it. Or create an additional subdomain for mobile version. Just don't remember the last app layout version without considering current screen resolution (or at least give an option to disable it) - mobile/desktop switchers' goal is _to consider it_ and to show a user most useful version. If user uses a mobile device, the most logical solution is to show him a mobile layout by default and give an ability to switch layouts manually. Not the opposite and, of course, not the opposite _without even an ability to enable auto switching, that is common for the web_.

I agree, it is very annoying to accept the change each time I change my layout.
It is possible to automatically change from desktop to mobile and viceversa without user intervention?
