At the end of each news item, there are buttons to share on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, etc... but if I have activated the Web filter Annoyances Ultralist they do not appear.

Through the uBlock Origins request log I was able to check that the Annoyances Ultralist web filter is the one that is causing the failure.

That is intentional as they are removed as part of the social_filters.txt sublist that is included in Web Annoyances Ultralist.

Is the issue you are opening to call attention to the remaining unblocked items (background-colors, etc.) to have them also removed or because you think they should not be blocked and you want the fb share and twitter buttons to appear?

theoretically, it could also be possible to create anti-modules with "exceptions":

• ...#@#... (cosmetic and procedural filters)
• ,badfilter (network filters)

The advantage would then be how you like almost all the cut-outs except this one about social buttons, so as not to subscribe to a few sublists or wait until social is only for an optional subscription.

I am working on eventually moving all filters from ultralist.txt into sublists so this issue would be solvable by subscribing to individual sublists excluding the one a user would want to subscribe to.

For @Jose1971AB I will post exclusion filters he can manually add to My Filters to show social buttons on this particular site.
