As a Gitcoin we'd like to have a cleanly integrated hackathon experience so contributors can find what they need to participate and focus on building the best projects possible.

looking nice, some questions:

• How users register?
• what data can I see for participants?
• Is projects a tab or will open the project page that already exist?
• What is inside about tab?

Seems there are some design changes on the prize but since that is shared with normal bounties please review what informations are showed there.

Would be great to have easy access to prizes entries that the user already started. Many times the prize that i was looking for was at the end of the list. Also many times i look only for the Judging Criteria and the submission deadline.

cc @vs77bb @ceresstation who has a nerd-crush on jitsi and was talking about how it could improve hack experience :)

I think so. When I look at this it seems like it needs a Home tab where a high energy promo video lives with a vision blurb and other details. Is that currently the About content? I could also see the Sponsor template pages with a 1-2 min overview video and their aggregated bounties below.
Integrating Jitsi could be really interesting with ideas like the livestream shows, office hours, break out rooms with SME's, team channels etc.

Would be cool to have a quick welcome to the hackathon video on the hackathon landing page to talk about what the hackathon is about.

Other places to integrate:

• top of townsquare so anyone registered could stream out as they are working or if they wanted to broadcast something to other hackers/judges.
• automatically created persistent video link on each hackathon project that is created and maybe allow for recording could be cool. recorded updates could also be cool.
