Web: Synchronization issue between "daily new action and bounties email" and the daily action block on Townsquare

Describe the bug

I think there is a synchronization issue between "daily new action and bounties email" and the daily action block on Townsquare. I'm still getting the daily action available link email even when I already participated in that daily action. I'm from a completely opposite timezone, (GMT +6)

To Reproduce

1. Participate in the daily action block from Townsquare before getting daily action and bounties email. I believe you get this email every day same time. For me, it's just after midnight.
2. After getting the email, click the daily action link.
3. You forward to the Townsquare landing page without notification.

Expected behavior

1. Verify before sending emails to a particular user. or
2. Show a notification that the user already participated in the daily activities. Wait for tomorrow.

fix for this is pretty simple. if user has already clicked their daily action at thte time of the new bounty email send.. then dont show it in the new bounty email
