Update:

Started reading the contributing guide (https://docs.gitcoin.co/) and had a serious hard time getting docker-compose to run into WSL.

I believe that I can now deploy the website into my localhost and should be ready to start developing. I was wondering what existing js files are relevant to: "kudos withdrawals. tip sends and kudos sends"?

I was also wondering where I could collaborate with developers working in this repo that I could potentially message to ask occasional simple questions?

Apologies, I have been away for the weekend. I'm still working on this and will dedicate time to it this upcoming weekend hopefully. I still haven't received any response from the issue that I opened, moreover I will first have to see how to get a dev environment set-up.

i just commented on that issue. i havent seen it before.. are you sure that the web environment doesnt spin up? looks like the issues may be ecelery (not webapp) related

I'm sure it doesn't spin up on http://localhost:8000/ and I also tried other ports that docker is exposing just in case, but no, I'm unsure if it's a gitcoin issue or the way I've set up my environment somehow
