Web: sharing button is not greyed-out for shares that cannot be re-shared

Steps to reproduce

1. share a folder without the share permission

Expected behaviour

as receiver the sharing button for that specific folder should be greyed-out as the delete/rename buttons are when the user has no edit permission

Actual behaviour

sharing button is shown as normal, when clicking it the Collaborators sidebar is empty

Hmm, should it actually be disabled? Opening collaborators tab should be possible even without share permission. So IMHO the button should still work fine. What do you think? @michaelstingl @pmaier1 @DeepDiver1975 @felixheidecke Should be somehow shown in the collaborators that the user can't share though 🤷‍♂
