Web: `Fund Issue` button in hamburger menu centred in mobile view?

Hi there, I was just running some mobile view checks and saw the buttons on hamburger icon on unfolding has just the Fund Issue button centered while others are left aligned.

If this is intentional then I'll close this issue or I'll be more than happy to fix it and send a PR. 😄

Woah, seems to be left-aligned in pages other than the index page 🤔

I assume some CSS style will prolly be overwritten in index.html compared to the other pages... since we want continuality, we should keep it left (or at least persistent centered).
@PixelantDesign any objections/decisions?

It's meant to be left aligned ! Will fix that up unless you wanna throw in a fix ^_^
