Web: When on the /not_a_token page, text styling and size for the Gitcoin header toolbar is inconsistent.

Description

When on https://gitcoin.co/not_a_token, the Gitcoin header toolbar text is in a different style and size.

To Reproduce

Compare the header toolbar text and size when on https://gitcoin.co/not_a_token and https://gitcoin.co by clicking on the dropdowns and checking the text of the header.

Desktop

• OS: High Sierra 10.13.4
• Browser: Chrome
• Browser Version: 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

@excalliburbd Awesome ! You'll probably just have to add g-font-muli to get the page rendered with the muli font ^_^
