User Story

As a user I want a bigger text area to describe my bounty. It's small and claustrophobic.

Why Is this Needed?

So I can "breathe" within my user experience

Yes, but I think it's better to hold off on that until we finish the styling refactor that is in progress so we can implement relative units across the board :)

@olafghanizadeh we'll also have to update the size of the other pages like submit and stuff ( so as to keep it uniform )
