Web: Issue Explorer Check-box Undone

Issue Explorer checkbox has a different design than previously implemented.

i think the top buttons are radio buttons, whereas the bottom ones are checkboxes.. do we have a design for checkboxes?

maybe we could just apply the color / line weights from the radio buttons to the checkboxes?

@PixelantDesign This doesn't appear to be a result of anything merged this week. The styling for checkboxes in the sidebar broke in https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/commit/a54893649436abb0cb74c4a193d100bd3e3d4e65#diff-a41c12f25c9f7385c56d38812c1c69bc - 8 days ago. The styles for the checkbox you're referring to reside in https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/blob/master/app/assets/v2/css/external_bounties/checkboxes.css which was modified in the referenced commit to only be imported when the external bounties view is active.
