Web: Clear Connection Between Notification and Error States
As a user, I want consistent and clear notification on areas I need to fix so that I know exactly where to correct my errors.
Description
Connect top notification bars with appropriate error handling on forms across the site.
Assumptions
Apply to all forms on the Gitcoin site
Definition of Done
- Update notification styles
- Update notification bars to include icons.
- Show error/fix states under form fields that need attention.
- All forms are using the same error design pattern

@KennethAshley Ah ! The submit doesn't work -> cause the issue has expired :/
I believe @owocki would have to use the tip functionality instead
@mbeacom, @owocki should we add in the functionality to extend the end date for the issuer?
(It seems to be rising a few times -> bad user experience :/ )

this is supported by standard bounties -- pls add a seperate titcket to track this idea!
