Hey @owocki, I can work on this project tomorrow. Let me know if that will be okay.

@tra38 glad to have you. sure, please give it a shot

@owocki & @tra38 are the number of testimonials fixed (a limit of ~4) ? or is it going to be an endless supply ?
(If it's the former maybe consider writing up the whole bit in CSS ^_^ )
Latter, well you have tons of options for that

@adityaanandmc I am going to aim towards writing the most of it in CSS and then have some HTML boilerplate for each testimonial (the boilerplate itself being generated, of course). That way, if @owocki does indeed want an endless supply, we're ready.

whoops.

yes itd be good to scale the number of testimonials up and down dependant upon business conditions.

@tra38 @adityaanandmc fwiw - idk what templating stuff you've used in the past, but this is how we're generating client side JS right now. https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/blob/master/app/dashboard/templates/bounty_details.html#L82-L85

spoke to tarik on slack. hes done a good job putting together the dom, but we could use a little CSS/aesthetic push over the edge to get this the finish line.

anyone want?

Here is a PR for a simple and quick implementation of a static content slider.

I'll gladly take on the css. Still available?

my mistake on the miscommunication here. the issue is not still availabele.

bc the ETH network has been so backed up, i haven't gotten the oppy to claim the issue to take it off the open issues
