Wazuh: Add integration with TheHive project

Hello team,

It is necessary to add integration with TheHive project.

We already have users from the community asking for it and we need to implement such integration to increase the capabilities of Wazuh.

The initial idea is to imitate the existing integrations(Slack, Pagerduty, Jira) and send certain alerts that comply with the filters established in the configuration block so that they can be viewed from TheHive's dashboard.
