nm-applet works fine for me in the tray, using ubuntu 19.04

nm-applet works shows up fine in the tray, but segfaults when trying to connect to unknown wifi networks.

Just in case it would be useful to somebody in the meantime, I have the following set in the waybar config:
"on-click": "swaymsg exec '$term -e nmtui-connect'",
with $term set in the sway config.
It is not the prettiest solution, but gets the job done.

This would be awesome. A few things I'd suggest:
- Allow switching of audio outputs in the pulseaudio applet
- Build a separate executable to do the same things from the command line so it's easy to reuse these actions from sway keybindings
- A dropdown calendar is great just to check what weekday a certain date is
