It looks great!
I especially like the "equalizer" thingy in the center. Maybe make it more prominent? The ribbons are probably unnecessary. I would also play with the shape of the waveform, to make it a bit more interesting.
The font face is better than the first one. The j now has a proper tail and reads better.
Keep up the good work, Mirza! Much appreciated! Btw, you can drop the "sir" 😀

_Edit_: also, on a more playful and less enterprisy note, here's a logo with a surfboard just for comparison.

Great idea, @entonbiba! Visually, I like the upper part of the wave.

Maybe we could go minimalistic and leave just that?
