Waveboxapp: Feature request: add support for advanced language checks, eg Grammarly or LanguageTool

Created on 7 May 2017  路  6Comments  路  Source: wavebox/waveboxapp

  • Which version of Wavebox are you using? [e.g. 3.1.7]

  • Which Operating System are you using? [Ubuntu 16.10]

Any chance to add Grammarly, LanguageTool or eg TextGears support for WaveBox?

The first two has a Chrome extension, which works great when using eg Gmail in a normal browser. Well, as per https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/1498#issuecomment-96995155 I don't see much chance for this, but would be great (eg via some API?) -- that's the only thing stopping me changing to WaveBox from a special multi-tab browser setup.

Thanks for considering this,
Gergely

Hi, we're looking at extension support :). I've added Grammarly & Language Tool to #138 so we'll take a look at these when we start adding support
