Waterfox Current - Broken URL in Preferences to a Mozilla Help Page

Description
A broken URL in the preferences page. When the "Strict" privacy setting is turned on in about:preferences#privacy, there is a "Heads up!" box with a hyperlink which is supposed to lead to a Mozilla article about disabling content blocking for individual sites. Clicking the URL leads to a non-existent page.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Preferences or about:preferences
2. Click on Privacy & Security
3. Under Content Blocking select Strict
4. Inside the Heads up! box, click on the Learn how hyperlink
5. A new tab opens with the URL ?step=3&newtab=true

Expected behavior
When clicking on the Learn how hyperlink, the following webpage should open in a new tab:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/content-blocking#w_turn-content-blocking-off-on-individual-sites_2

The issue comes from this wrong variable assignment:

It could be that privacy.trackingprotection.introURL is not defined, so the target is set only by the concatenation:
